Christophe is in charge of the kitchen. With many years' experience in fine establishments such as Les Remparts in Tournus, the Brasserie Le Sud in Lyon, chez Bocuse, Le Cloître in Cluny, La Ter- rasse in Cormatin, the Brasserie de l'Europe in Louhans and Domaine de la Sapinière in Haute-Sa- voie, Christophe has now decided to put his talent to work in his own restaurant.
